The Club unveils its new Board of Governors at its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
With a total of 12 candidates running for the Board, Voting Members can cast their votes online through November 18.
Candidates must first receive a majority (more than 50 percent) of votes. Board positions are then filled in the order of the number of votes received by each candidate.
The AGM also includes a vote on a number of resolutions, including the Club’s budget for the 2025 financial year.
At the close of the AGM, the new Board meets to select a representative governor and other officers of the Board’s executive committee.
The AGM is followed by a relaxed get-together to recognize those Members who volunteer their time on the Board and the many Club committees.
