Sake & Whisky Tasting

Presented by Pernod Ricard's exclusive Le Cercle VIP club, the tasting features a luxury Toyama sake (pictured), aged in Chivas Regal whisky barrels, a 23-year-old single malt and French caviar.

  An intriguing junmai ginjo sake, aged in Chivas Regal whisky barrels from Scotland, from storied sake brewery Masuizumi in Toyama Prefecture. Produced in limited amounts.
  Pairings: shrimp and potato skewers | Sturia French caviar on scallop carpaccio | tasting of Sturia Osciètre French caviar from Aquitaine | foie gras mousse brioche with hazelnuts and black truffle

• Longmorn 25-year-old single malt whisky
  A stunning single malt full of the Speyside distillery’s signature character. Released in 2017, this is the oldest release of the Scottish brand’s core range of whiskies.
